Drawing on two open-source articles—Diversity and Inclusion in the Workplace: A Global Perspective and Does Gender Diversity Mediate the Relationships of Diversity Beliefs and Workplace Happiness—participants will examine global trends, organisational strategies, and the impact of diversity beliefs on employee well-being. Through discussion and analysis, learners will gain insights into fostering inclusive cultures that enhance collaboration, equity, and overall workplace happiness.
Each article has 15 multiple-choice questions, leading to 6 General CPDs for the total package. All articles are Open-Source publications that are distributed under the terms of the https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/.
