EQ-i 2.0®

EQ-i 2.0® assesses emotional and social skills to boost personal growth, relationships, and workplace success.

International Certification

The latest revision of the EQ-i® represents the ongoing evolution of emotional intelligence assessment and continues to embody the foundational work of Dr. Reuven Bar-On.

EQ-i 2.0® measures a comprehensive set of emotional and social skills that shape how we:

  • Perceive and express ourselves

  • Build and maintain relationships

  • Navigate challenges

  • Apply emotional information effectively and meaningfully

Research consistently shows that emotional intelligence is a critical factor in personal and professional success.

This tool provides a clear picture of an individual’s emotional and social strengths and areas for development. Once improvement areas are identified, clients can immediately begin targeted growth while leveraging existing strengths to maximise effectiveness in daily tasks. High-functioning individuals contribute to strong teams and dynamic organisations.

Please note: This training is an international prerequisite for access to the EQ-i 2.0® instrument.
